Amaya Finale: Disappointing

Figuratively speaking, Amaya ended with an explanatory note, instead of with a punchline.

Heartbreaking.

The cameo role of Dingdong Dantes was a joke. And the historical overview was not necessary.

That moment when Bagani knelt down before Amaya to ask for her hand in marriage should have been the finale. With Amaya finally saying yes... and a lingering kiss afterwards....rotating aerial view of them both, perfect!

Sometimes, it helps to just leave it to the audience to figure out what happens afterwards.

They'll be asking for closure of this and that... which opens the possibility of a sequel.
