June 27 was the day of excitement in Tacloban City. The Pintados Kasadyaan Festival was staged during this day and a huge crowd lined up the streets where the parade went and an even greater crowd awaited at the Grandstand where the competition was held.

FIRST RUNNER - UP - KARATONG FESTIVAL of Dulag, Leyte
SECOND RUNNER -UP - ALIKARAW FESTIVAL of Hilongos, Leyte
Other winning contingents were:
FOURTH PLACE - Bato-Balani Festival of Bato, Leyte
FIFTH PLACE - Pamilig Festival of Sta. Fe, Leyte
SIXTH PLACE - Pasaka Festival of Tanauan, Leyte

i am proud abuyognon,,,,,,,,,,,,i cant say this because even i stay here in southern leyte for my study but i am speaking waray sometimes,,, i want the people know that i came from abuyog,,,,,,,,,,,,,so, those who are participants of buyogan festival,,."keep up the good work".
