Sarah Lahbati's Baby Bump?

Now that Sarah is being rumored to have given birth to Richard's child...we ask all over again if was she indeed pregnant when she left for Switzerland last January 13, 2013? The promotional photo of their movie, "Seduction" boosts the speculations further. Richard is said to have gone on vacation.  It's been almost six months after Sarah left the country. 



Sarah has recognizably gained weight that she already looks like Leizel Martinez.
